Thirteen years with AutoCAD (to Release 2000), with Mechanical Desktop, including AutoCAD AME and 3D solid modeling. Proficient with Solidworks 97 Plus/98 (training by GEI, Foster City, CA).
EXPERIENCE: Sr. Mechanical Designer/Engineer
Design and layout of mechanical and machine part assemblies, mechanisms,
tooling, fixtures/jigs, structural steel assemblies, sheetmetal packaging
and weldments. Experienced in Hi-Vacuum and Ultra-High Vacuum design
criteria for semiconductor process equipment; chamber welding, wafer transport
mechanisms, process control design. Experienced in high frequency RF Microwave
design criteria; RF chassis design and machine parts, enclosures. Experienced
in design criteria involving seismic and chassis separation. Familiar
with machine shop practices and techniques, and working with shop vendors
in requistion of parts. Experienced with mathmatical formulae in common
physics and mechanics in design criteria.
Sr. Electro-Mechanical Designer/Engineer
Experienced in design and layout of electronic packaging, card cage, EMI enclosures and machine-level design of chassis wiring/cabling. Also experienced in microwave, rack and panel chassis design, pneumatic/hydraulics/control systems design.
